Orders

Age
You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order with Silenus Winery, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of your shipment are at least 21 years old.

Shipping
In all cases consumers take possession of the product being shipped at Silenus Winery & Artisan Vintners. Silenus Winery & Artisan Vintners arranges freight forwarding service through Cartons & Crates and Eagle Rock. Therefore, all out-of-state consumers are considered to have taken possession of their product in California. State laws require an adult signature at the time of delivery, so please ship to an address where someone over the age of 21 will be able to sign for your order. We recommend shipping to a business address. If you choose to ship to a residential address there is an additional $5 charge. Wines cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy
We are committed to making you a happy, satisfied customer. If your wine shipment has become damaged or if you received the wrong wines, please call us immediately at (707) 299-3930, or you can email us at tastingroom@silenuswinery.com.

Wine Club

Pick-Ups
Local Area residents may opt to pick up their Wine Club Shipments. However, if shipments are not picked up within 1 month of release date, they will be automatically shipped to your address on file and your credit card will be charged for the shipping fees.
