2011 Silenus Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

This 100% Cabernet is produced from the very best barrels with fruit sourced from our own Silenus Estate . The inviting nose is filled with aromas of currants, plum and roasted nuts. The palate is lush and bright and is dominated by notes of raspberry, plum, vanilla, hazelnut and chocolate. The wine was aged for 22 months in 70% new French oak, 10% new American oak and 20% neutral oak barrels.
